HUMAN FACTORS
& USER EXPERIENCE

M

I want to design a world that brings us together.

I bring years of experience with analyzing systems and software from the perspective of cognitive psychology, anthropology, human-computer interaction, and systems design.  I use this background to understand users in their unique domain and what they want to accomplish.  Then I work with partners or alone to design an easier way for them to reach their goals.
